Rosie Morley is an award-winning interior designer and industry leader with nearly 20 years of local and international experience. Driven to achieve cohesion between external and internal environments, she manages to blur the lines between them in memorable and rewarding ways.

Prior to joining Fender Katsalidis, Rosie held key associate and lead designer roles where she applied her skill and expertise to notable hospitality and hotel designs, as well as a range of other sectors.

As principal at Fender Katsalidis, Rosie has been integral to a broad range of hospitality, workplace and commercial projects.

Her approach to design is anchored in a strong sense of narrative and contextual relevance, always heartfelt and viewed through the lens of her hospitality expertise.

Key projects include Central Place Sydney, Midtown Centre in Brisbane, Merdeka 118 in Kuala Lumpur.

Rosie’s active involvement in the design community includes notable jury positions with the Frame Awards, Dezeen Awards, Australian Interior Design Awards, Design Show advisory board as well as regular speaking and hosting roles across national design conferences and television media.

Her committment to the next generation of designers is embodied through mentoring and design panel roles at RMIT.

Rosie is constantly compelling people to think and feel through design by finding new ways to be experience-driven and human-centred.
