Tim is a natural facilitator, managing projects and leading teams in order to deliver the best outcomes. As an associate at Fender Katsalidis, he is involved in all facets of delivery from start to finish, building relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.

After receiving his Master of Architecture from University of South Australia, Tim practised in the state for 8 years and would co-manage a team of architects and graduates, working on small to mid-scale projects as well as serve as heritage advisor at the Barra Region Council of Goyder. As a result, his specialist experience includes adaptive reuse and conservation in addition to typologies that include residential, civic and masterplanning.

Tim joined FK to explore bigger, more complex developments, where he has managed key projects including Saint Moritz,  Sapphire by the Gardens and The Lanescraper, a design competition in partnership with BIG. His dedication and commitment has him involved in marketing, planning and documentation – often concurrently. On-site, he ensures everything with construction always lines up.

For Tim, the process is as much about the relationship as it is creativity, believing that is key to delivering a more harmonious outcome.
