The state-of-the-art end of trip facility upgrade at 1 Market Street was designed by Fender Katsalidis for Investa Property Group’s Sydney office building. These modern facilities allow occupants to maintain a healthy work life balance, conveniently transitioning to and from the office.
Among the amenities included are showers, lockers, hair dryers, straighteners and ironing facilities. Towel service and dry-cleaning pick-up and drop-off are also offered on-site.
Natural materials like timber were used as much as possible, combined with greenery and circadian lighting to match the rhythmic nature of the day.
The placement of the facilities in the basement provides ease of movement through the building as well as better street-level access for arrivals by bicycle or those returning from a run.
