About the Role
You’ll work closely with project teams across all phases of design and delivery, applying your technical expertise in Revit and contributing to the production of high-quality documentation. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of associates, architects, and interior designers who are passionate about design excellence and creating spaces that make a difference. You’ll apply a thoughtful design sensibility and uphold FK’s standards of quality and contribute to knowledge sharing and learning within the studio.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven proficiency in Revit—fast, accurate, and confident.
- Strong documentation and detailing skills.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in practice, with registration firmly in your sights.
- Understanding of Australian codes and standards (preferred but not essential).

Architect
We are seeking an experienced Architect with Class 2 experience preferably (but we would consider all sectors) to join our Melbourne or Sydney studio.
What You’ll Do
- You’ll engage with project teams throughout all phases, bringing expertise in large-scale projects and proficiency in Revit to prepare architectural documentation.
- You’ll maintain strong stakeholder relationships and demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with confidence and maturity.
- Manage multiple priorities, working effectively under pressure, and making informed, timely decisions.
- Effectively coordinate project consultants.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years experience in architectural practice with demonstrated success leading multi-residential projects.
- Registered Architect (AIA preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Revit, with proven BIM and documentation experience.
- In-depth understanding of multi-residential design, delivery, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Australian Standards and relevant codes for residential projects.
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

What You’ll Do
- Lead architectural projects from concept design through to construction completion
- Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and client stakeholders
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all phases of the project
- Manage project programs, budgets, and deliverables with care and clarity
- Contribute to documentation, QA processes, and delivery excellence
- Mentor and support junior team members and promote a culture of learning
- Contribute to broader studio improvement, systems, and project strategy
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years’ experience in architectural practice, with proven project leadership
- Registration as an Architect in Australia (or on the pathway to registration)
- Strong design and technical skills across documentation and project delivery

We’re looking for a BIM Coordinator to join our Melbourne or Sydney studio. This is a unique opportunity to build your professional capability and architectural voice while contributing to projects of scale and impact.
About the Role
As a BIM Coordinator, you will support multiple projects simultaneously by providing BIM expertise, coordinating Revit and BIM standards, and assisting with complex project workflows. You will help drive technical excellence and compliance by leading BIM coordination in line with project BIM deliverables, while also contributing to ongoing digital initiatives and the continuous improvement of existing workflows.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven proficiency in Revit and BIM – 3D Modelling and documentation
- Solid understanding of BIM standards, model auditing, and BIM deliverables, with experience contributing to BIM Execution Plan
