HMAS

The development comprises two apartment towers atop a podium containing residential, retail and restaurant functions.

HMAS is a sculptural approach to high density living. Bold forms give the building its expressive character, while the palette of materials enriches the design at a detail scale.

Making use of generous double-height spaces, the apartments have spectacular volumes overlooking Port Phillip Bay and the length of the adjoining Beaconsfield Parade.
