Little Hero is a Nonda Katsalidis-designed retail and residential development in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.

Little Hero was constructed by Hickory and UB and completed in mid-2010.
This boutique laneway development comprises 63 one and two-bedroom city apartments and duplex penthouse residences.
A cornerstone of the re-development of this emerging laneway, the new residences sit atop seven new, up-market retail shops, cafés and restaurants.
Fender Katsalidis and Hickory employed the UB® System for the construction of this development, utilising parallel on- and off-site construction programs to reduce construction time by more than six months compared with a conventional build.
