The independent not-for-profit’s Summer Housing places eligible tenants with a disability under the age of 55 seeking housing and local work opportunities into purpose-designed accommodation in highly centralised and well-connected locations.

Among the multi-tower development, ten dwellings, plus one extra for a full-time, live-in carer will be mixed throughout Tower 1/East Tower’s 719 modern apartments. The average size of the apartments is 75sqm and feature customisable kitchens, bathrooms and laundries, as well additional space for use as a guest bedroom or study. They have also been designed to achieve Platinum level certification under Liveable Housing Design Guidelines and meet High Physical Support design requirements under the NDIS.

The tower’s accessibility connects tenants with information and communal amenities, while integrated smart home technology delivers peace of mind with at-home automation capabilities to meet the current and future needs.
