The north face of the upper bedroom level forms the distinctive wave facade, which is clad in bead blasted stainless steel by Alexander Knox. The other first floor external faces are clad in zinc.

On ground level, skylights on three sides provide an abundance of natural light and create the impression that the ceiling is floating unsupported. The basement comprises a garage and family room which opens on to its own private courtyard.

Bedrooms are situated on the first floor, and organised around a central open court that provides light, ventilation and a unique opportunity for a sculpture installation.

Materials like acid etched stone, recycled timber, glass and metal combine to further enliven the various art forms displayed.
