Carter Hu is a registered architect with a strong track record in the design and delivery of complex, city-shaping projects across Australia and internationally. Based in our Sydney studio, Carter brings over a decade of professional experience, working across a range of sectors including mixed-use, commercial and residential developments, with a particular focus on high-density urban environments.
Carter contributes to the design and coordination of large-scale projects within multidisciplinary teams. Carter’s career reflects a balance of design excellence and technical capability. He has previously worked with leading architectural practices, contributing to design competitions and major commercial developments that require a high level of coordination, stakeholder engagement and design resolution. His experience spans concept design through to detailed documentation and delivery, supporting robust and buildable outcomes aligned with project objectives.
He holds both a Master of Architecture and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sydney, reflecting a combined understanding of design, project delivery and commercial drivers. This dual qualification positions him to contribute to projects that require both architectural rigour and strategic thinking. Carter is also recognised academically as a Beta Gamma Sigma member, acknowledging high achievement in business studies.
