About the Role

FK is seeking a BID Coordinator to join our national team, based in Melbourne. This is fast Paced role will see you play a key part in securing new business opportunities by planning, managing, and producing compelling bids, presentations, and capability documents.

With national scope and a diverse sector focus, this role provides exposure to Australia’s key markets and an opportunity to contribute to strategic business development initiatives.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the bid process from inception to delivery, including interpreting client briefs and sourcing relevant content.
  • Collaborate with teams and subconsultants to refine submission materials while leveraging existing business content.
  • Produce persuasive, high-quality submissions, using InDesign templates and other desktop publishing tools.
  • Maintain and enhance FK’s knowledge library to capture and organise valuable information

 What You’ll Bring

  • Prior experience in submission/presentation production and research. Submission Coordinators, Marketers, and Executive Assistants are encouraged to apply.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign essential) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with efficiency.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to produce high-quality proposals that reflect the FK brand.
  • Confidence in engaging with senior key stakeholders.

You’ll work closely with our project teams across all phases of design and delivery. This is an opportunity to apply your technical Revit expertise in a fast-paced studio environment, while building your professional capability and architectural voice.

You’ll be supported by a collaborative team of Associates, Architects, and Interior Designers, all passionate about design excellence and meaningful impact.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven proficiency in Revit—you’re fast, accurate, and confident
  • Strong documentation and detailing skills
  • A thoughtful design sensibility with a commitment to quality
  • A team-oriented attitude and proactive approach to learning
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Min of 4 years experience with registration in your sights.

Our Sydney studio is on the lookout for talented and experienced Interior Designers to join our team. If you have a keen design eye, love working on high-impact projects, and are ready to take ownership of your work while being supported by an expert team, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work alongside Senior Interior Designers and Architects to shape inspiring interior spaces.
  • Develop spatial planning, test fits, and schematic design schemes that bring ideas to life.
  • Create compelling design development presentations and documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications throughout all project phases.
  • Engage directly with clients and contribute to FK’s reputation for excellence and innovation.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
  • Strong concept-to-documentation skills with an ability to tell a compelling design story.
  • Proficiency in Revit—you must be comfortable documenting interiors packages independently.
  • Experience in Residential or Hospitality projects is highly regarded.
  • Confidence in liaising with clients, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Familiarity with Australian building regulations and standards.
  • A collaborative mindset and a drive to contribute to a high-performing team.
