Beecroft Road

Fender Katsalidis was commissioned by Ashe Morgan to design a mixed-use development on Beecroft Road in Epping. Located approximately 10km from Parramatta’s central business district and within close proximity to Epping train station, the L-shaped building will service medical and retail spaces in the podium, followed by 13 storeys of residential apartments. The unique corner site with three street frontages is set to include 103 apartments, 3,058sqm of medical tenancies and 248sqm of retail spaces.

The residential tower will have a mixture of one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments and private roof terraces across three levels with outdoor screen and barbecue amenities.
The ground floor plane will include landscaped gardens and a terrace open to the public that will serve as a pedestrian link for all the tenancies in the podium.
The building’s form was carefully designed to maximise the northern light of the site and, as a result, created an opportunity to incorporate interlocking balconies and garden beds on the southeast corner of the facade. The pared- back palette of neutral-coloured bricks, bronze metals and white off-form concrete are used on the facade to complement the pockets of vibrant green spaces and create a sense of identity for the building, which is set to stand out in Epping’s urban streetscape.
