The timeless façade features thoughtful use of stone and brick finishes, glazing, ribbed concrete and bronze accents inspired by the neighbourhood and its historically significant, residential streetscapes.

Upper levels open to Melbourne’s captivating city skyline and picturesque vistas of the Dandenong Ranges and lower levels look across Kew’s leafy streetscapes.

The development features penthouses and an elevated garden terrace, a grand lobby which extends to a private lounge, library and entertaining zone with lift access to upper level residences and a secure, underground parking facility. The street level connects to the surrounding public realm with retail space.

The luxury lobby exudes modern elegance. Distinctly private and consciously separated from the retail entrance, the impressive entry opens to polished spaces. Both functional and beautiful, artistically conceived zones use timber, travertine and bronzed wall and ceiling treatments complemented by gently illuminating lighting that showcases a harmonious marriage of natural materials and modern design.
