The Edgewater project comprises 32 luxury apartments over seven storeys, and 10 retail tenancies at ground level. The site is located on the waterfront of Geelong, Melbourne’s nearest major regional centre.

The design of the building responds successfully to tight planning constraints and manages to maintain view corridors for existing neighbours. The sculptured towered element references the maritime nature of the locale, as does the rich palette of materials, which includes hardwood timbers, copper, stone and integrally coloured concrete.
