Flinders Bank Display Suite

The three-tower development was to feature 500 luxury apartments, Melbourne’s first St Regis Hotel with 167 five-star keys, 2,100 square metres of retail and a vibrant pedestrian precinct and plaza on Siddley Street.

Century Group also commissioned Fender Katsalidis to design and deliver the marketing suite, creating a beautiful space within the existing building on the site. 

The suite demonstrates the quality finishes that make this project truly luxury, including custom routed timber joinery, click concept wall systems, herringbone timber flooring, a large backlit display of the site’s city views, marble kitchen benchtops, brass trim, custom vanities and bathroom cupboards, large format tiles, and brushed brass tapware.
