She is dedicated to her work, willing to learn and take on new tasks and responsibilities. Ciara is always looking at ways to expand her knowledge, whether that be in the realm of design and construction, or by broadening her range of skills and capabilities in regard to learning new software, ways of producing work and adopting fresh ways of thinking in order to increase efficiencies in her work.

She has the ability to work efficiently and under tight deadlines, with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to plan towards outcomes. Ciara is currently involved with the documentation for Melbourne Quarter R2, a dual-tower project in Docklands.
