As leaders in the build-to-rent and flex housing models, the development will introduce a new rental product that offers expertly managed apartments, workspaces, amenity areas and events spaces.

The proposal includes two towers over a combined basement. The 30-storey Yarra Street tower will consist of 382 BTR apartments and commercial workplace in the podium. The 21-storey Claremont Street tower will consist of 304 flex apartments across studio, 1- and 2-bedroom varieties.

Retail offerings at ground level will activate the pedestrian through-link and contribute to the precinct and neighbourhood.
