The mixed-use, multi-tower development will consist of multi-residential, commercial and retail aspects. Three residential towers will feature a mix of built-to-rent and build-to-sell apartments. Also forming part of the overall scheme is a standalone low-rise office building.

Connecting the towers at their base, the podium will house residents’ amenities, full-line supermarket, specialty retail and carparking. Amenities include pool, gym and wellness facilities, private dining, coworking spaces, as well as significant landscaped areas. The redeveloped ground floor plaza will be anchored by several large retail tenancies.

The podium’s design language is inspired by the site’s context, with a mix of individual brick treatments applied to the lower levels of the development in reference to its heritage as a brickworks.

The towers adopt a simpler language using a range of varied but complimentary materials, with the intent for the overall precinct to feel like a family of individual expressions.

A new public through-site link will connect High Street with All Nations Park, and improved landscaping along the Separation Street footpath will provide a better experience for pedestrians and cyclists.

By giving substantial area back to the public realm at both northern and southern sides of the site, east-west circulation can persist irrespective of potential future developments at the existing, retained northern part of Northcote Plaza.
