Prior to moving to Australia to work in the industry, Anna completed her studies in architecture in her native Germany.

Since then, she has developed her skills across a range of typologies including single dwellings, multi-residential, commercial, cultural, aged care and adaptive re-use. She has also contributed to a number of projects of varying scales and complexities throughout all stages of development.

Anna enjoys creating sustainable architecture that is responsive to local climate conditions and integrates well into the existing built environment to improve urban amenity. In particular, she likes the challenge of working with existing buildings; re-imagining them to improve functionality and aesthetic appeal.

She is also passionate about less traditional materials and construction systems, which includes her work on projects utilising rammed earth, straw bales and massive timber construction.
