Starting at the bottom and literally working our way up, the building’s internal planning derives from the grid devised to optimise on site car parking efficiency. Within this framework, each car bay represents a notional module of space, with 1.5 modules to a one-bedroom apartment and two modules to a two-bedroom apartment.

Appropriate to the scale, proportion and sloping nature of the site, the building is conceived as three conjoined elements that step up from north to south, while stepping away from its western street frontage. Each possesses an individual entry with signature lobby, which provides connectivity to a luxuriant and highly landscaped communal garden area, complete with 50-metre swimming pool and other resident amenities.
