Fender Katsalidis is involved in the redevelopment of three residential towers on a major brownfield site located in between the Melbourne CBD and the Docklands.

In addition to the residential towers, two commercial towers and further smaller commercial and residential buildings will be situated on the site which will become a primary linkage between Melbourne and the Docklands.

The development will provide Melbourne with two new significant new public urban spaces. Decking Wurundjeri Way, a primary multilane roadway leading to Docklands, the development also repairs that significant infrastructural incision into the precinct while creating continuity along Collins Street – Melbourne’s primary street – from the CBD into Docklands.

FK has been involved with Lendlease on this project since its inception as an EOI some years ago, and have received town planning permission to begin the residential towers.

Denton Corker Marshall are architects for the commercial component of the development, and FK/ DCM and Aspect/ Oculus have been primarily responsible for the master planning and urban design.
