Named after Fulton Street, which bordered the Market until 1917, the development is reinvigorating the area. Fulton Lane’s podium creates a ground level laneway linking A’Beckett and Franklin Streets, and offers a mix of retail and restaurants, further enhancing the flourishing laneway culture of Melbourne.

The development comprises 2 towers: Fulton Lane Apartments and Fulton Lane Tower, joined by a residential, retail and service podium.

The façades facing Franklin and A’Beckett Streets are clad in a refined articulated trellis of timber and metal, and a green arbor facade that residents can access from their apartments.

Contrasting black glazing is accentuated by angular aluminium composite panel cladding which changes colour from green to yellow to silver depending upon the viewer’s angle.

Communal facilities at Fulton Lane include a garden terrace, chef’s kitchen and dining area, gymnasium, indoor heated lap pool, sauna and 40 person theatre.

The 4 Star Green Star development includes initiatives such as bicycle facilities, grey-water recycling, water tanks, natural ventilation and the green-walled façade add to the community-minded feel of Fulton Lane.
